Courses, verified badges, paid community micro-tasks and merchant-funded work. A free membership sees the whole board and earns real badges; paying is what lets you apply for merchant work.

What a business getsPlenty of people hold both. A member who starts a business keeps their badges, ratings and work history — the reputation belongs to the person, not the role.
