Get started Open the live demoWhat it does
Every car washed and every shilling collected, on your phone, even when you are not at the yard. Underneath it is engine E2 — how much was there and how much reached me — person, day, expected vs received, variance. An agent sets it up in your business in half an hour, you record the first real transaction yourself, and he comes back every month.
Record in seconds
Your staff enter the work on a cheap Android in three taps. No training beyond the first day.
The day, closed
Expected against received, with the difference named — not buried in a report nobody opens.
Staff and their work
Who did what, what they earned, and a total that does not depend on anyone’s memory.
Owner-only totals
Staff see their own work. Only your login sees the money.
Works on bad network
Entries are kept on the phone and sync when the line comes back.
Your data, exportable
Every record downloads to a spreadsheet whenever you want it, including the day you leave.
What you can see
A screen per question. Your staff only ever see the first one.
Today
The day, as it happens
Every wash your staff record shows up here the moment it is entered, with the money next to it.

Who sees what
Different logins, different apps. Nobody sees more than their job needs — which is the whole reason an owner trusts it.

You are the only login that sees money in total. Read it from your house, a matatu, or Mombasa.

✓Variance and unpaid list
✓Commission owed per attendant

What owners ask
Money
"It's too expensive."
It is about two washes a month. Catch one missed car a week and it has paid for itself.
"Can I pay for a year?"
You can, but there is no discount for it and no contract either. Most owners pay monthly and stay because it works.
"Who do I pay?"
Knomart's paybill, never your agent. You get a receipt each month. An agent asking for cash is breaking our rules.
Day to day
"I use a book."
Keep the book. This shows you the same thing on your phone when you are not at the yard.
"My guy handles it."
Then he will like it — it proves he is honest, in writing, every single day.
"I don't have a smartphone."
Your supervisor records on his. You read the totals on yours, wherever you are.
"The network here is bad."
Entries are kept on the phone and go up when the line returns. Nothing is lost.
Data & staff
"Is my data safe?"
Only your login sees the totals — not even your staff. Export it any time and take it with you.
"What if I stop paying?"
The account closes and your records export first. We do not hold your history hostage.
"Can my staff delete a wash?"
No. They can flag a mistake, you approve it, and the original entry stays in the log.
What changed lately
Since June
This month
Unpaid washes now show on the owner's home screen, not two taps in — three owners asked.
Attendant commission exports with the month.
May
Last month
Entries now save without network and sync later. Nakuru's data was the reason.
Swahili labels on the recording screen.
April
First release
