What it does

What each recipe really costs you, and the price that still leaves a margin when flour moves. Underneath it is engine E3 — what a job costs and what to charge — materials at pack price, recipe, margin, price out. An agent sets it up in your business in half an hour, you record the first real transaction yourself, and he comes back every month.

Record in seconds

Your staff enter the work on a cheap Android in three taps. No training beyond the first day.

The day, closed

Expected against received, with the difference named — not buried in a report nobody opens.

Staff and their work

Who did what, what they earned, and a total that does not depend on anyone’s memory.

Owner-only totals

Staff see their own work. Only your login sees the money.

Works on bad network

Entries are kept on the phone and sync when the line comes back.

Your data, exportable

Every record downloads to a spreadsheet whenever you want it, including the day you leave.

What you can see

A screen per question. Your staff only ever see the first one.

What each thing costs to make

Ingredients at the pack price you actually paid, divided down to the portion you actually use.

What owners ask

Money

"I know my prices."

You knew them at last month's flour price. This tells you what today's pack does to today's margin.

"Why monthly and not once?"

Because prices move monthly. A one-off costing is out of date by the next delivery.

Day to day

"I don't have time to enter recipes."

Enter one — the cake you sell most. Ten minutes, and it usually changes what you charge for it.

"My orders come on WhatsApp."

Keep them there. This is for what the order costs you and what it should earn.

Data & staff

"Are my recipes private?"

They are yours alone, visible to your login only, and they export to a spreadsheet whenever you want them.
